Communication Channels

Communication between Scoutmaster, parents, Patrol Leaders, and scouts is vitally important. Scouts will be called by their Patrol Leader/Guide once a week, usually Wednesday through Friday, so they can discuss the next Tuesday night's meeting, any upcoming events, as well as what rank requirements the scout still needs to work on.

If the scout or their parent have any questions, ask their Patrol Leader/Guide first before reaching out to the adult leadership. This website also helps with communication – any important notices will be posted in Band.

Parent Meetings are also held monthly on the same day and time as our regularly scheduled Patrol Meetings at St. John Fisher.
